Normally, it takes more than three hours on the fire, to get it tender and with a unique taste you won't forget.
The Hunting
Pointer Outfitters wants to welcome all hunters to have an amazing experience while hunting with us. Las Aguadas Lodge has been guiding rifle and bowhunters since it was founded. We have different species available and all can be hunted from March to July: Red Stag (high season March to April) is the gold of every hunter that comes to Argentina. You will also be able to find Axis Deer, Fallow Deer and Wild Boar.
The hunting ranch has an extension of 2500 acres.
Hunting method
It usually is stalking trough the bushes, one hunter – one guide (PH). Shots are usually no longer than 150 yards, except with the blackbucks, which usually seek for open areas.
Bowhunt
For bowhunters, the hunting method is different. We do waits in tree stands, blinds and water holes. In the rutting season we also stalk.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you shoot any game that was already wounded by natural causes, trophy must be paid in full.
Gun Rental
Rifle available at the lodge
- Marlin 3006
- Remintong 300
- Marlin 444
- Marlin 45-70
